episode summary

Alex Episode. Alex and Mark go out for a meal and start having "serious" conversations, talking about love etc. Alex realises that Mark is hiding something. He first confesses that he is bisexual then that he has a girlfriend. Alex has a strop and tries to leave and Mark tells him to stay put. They talk for a little longer then Alex does leave. Shown as a parallel sequence, Jamie & Sooz try to tell Alex what they had found out when they were hiding under the bed. Alex then tells them that he actually already knows, but that it doesn't bother him. He then admits that he is bothered. After Mark and Rob have a little heart to heart Mark is invited to Rob's Mexican party to try to patch things up with Alex who is now avoiding him. Mark's arrival prompts Alex to try to leave the party, but he ends up hearing Mark out. Mark once again explains how he feels about Alex and springs the news that he has moved out of his girlfriend's place. Alex agrees to let Mark phone him later. The party continues with couples dancing to Sasha's demo tape. Jamie & Sooz, Rob & Sasha, Nicki and.... Alex! Alex questions Nicki on the "knowing looks" being exchanged by her and Sasha. She says it's nothing and then the recording is interuputed by the conversation that Sasha had with Riggs in the studio about her telling Rob, which somehow found its way onto the mini-disc.
